Rain rain go away...

What a long and rainy Friday it was today! Students were real troopers as we were stuck inside for 6 hours...

Our morning 5 au quotidien went well, followed by continuing our work on describing a character. Several students finished these in class, otherwise they were for homework this weekend.

We used our math period and our 2 art periods to create a patterning masterpiece! I wanted to do a collaborative project to do with patterning, so we brainstormed as a class and decided on everyone doing their own pattern on strips that come together as a pumpkin. Check out the finished project!

Just a few reminders:

1) Your child should have brought home a letter and some practice questions for our in-class assignment on Wednesday. I would recommend practicing over the weekend.

2) There is a respect assembly on Wednesday at noon - all parents/guardians/families welcome. Two students from the class will be receiving a responsibility award!

3) Friday is a PA Day
