More Maps!

This morning we continued our work on our persuasive letters. They are coming along well! We also finished up our math maps that students worked on while I was away yesterday (got one of those fun viruses....). They wrote instructions to follow to a secret place on their map using cardinal directions and then switched with another group.

For the afternoon, we worked on our social studies research projects. I'm hoping we can finish up next week in between our busy schedule!

Friday there will be a very short math check-in, regarding translations, coordinate systems, and cardinal directions.

Tomorrow we are beginning our Human Development unit in Health. Just so there aren't any shocked faces tomorrow...
